folds and faults, an exhibition of new work by Lindsey A. Wolkowicz, features her singular combination of illustrative line, unique surfaces and structural planes of color presenting the figure and the space it occupies in an interdependent corporeal and psychological relationship. These bodies actively seek grounding, navigate uncertainty and try to maintain connection – to each other, to place, familiar structures, familial roles and a sense of belonging - as anchors within a seemingly constant state of transition.
